DormWatch is a mobile app which allows users (such as foreign workers), to report on defects, broken facilities/ equipment directly to the dormitory operator. The app aims to encourage operators to self-regulate and fix the issues identified by users. It also tracks, monitors and alerts parties of that latest status updates. MOM will also be kept informed on the progress of the issues identified; MOM would be able to step in and inspect the premises, if deemed necessary.
From 23 March 2023, DormWatch app will be discontinued and will not be available for download on Google Play.
Dorm Operators can continue to submit their residents’ nominal roll using Safe@Dorm. More details will be available closer to date.

- DormWatch will be downloaded onto your device, displaying a progress. Once the download completes, the installation will start and you'll get a notification after the installation is finished.
